Ferrocement is defined as a thin-wall reinforced concrete with closely spaced layers of continuous and relatively small diameter mesh. The mesh may be made of a metallic or other suitable material.
Advantages of Ferrocement with Conventional (RCC)
It is cheaper in constructions and lighter than RCC.
Its Strength to weight ratio higher than RCC
It has less thermal conductivity as compared to RCC
It is thin and more aesthetic.
